Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Zoho One and related applications.
Customize modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
Implement new Zoho features and integrate with third-party tools and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Zoho applications.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Zoho Administrator/Developer.
Proven expertise in Zoho customization, automation, and workflow development.
Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge and Python scripting.
Hands-on experience with API integrations and data management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
