Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all Zoho applications, including workflows and knowledge base setup.

Roles and Responsibility

Managing all Zoho applications for internal teams, including workflows and knowledge base setup.
Understanding requirements by function, APIs, scripts, and setting up processes in Zoho.
Setting up knowledge for users by the team to learn and execute their set of processes.
Identifying opportunities for integration with external apps.
Acting as an internal Zoho support desk to troubleshoot queries and issues.
Training users to utilize their specific Zoho apps for their use cases.
Planning, implementing, and managing process change initiatives with respective department heads.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Zoho development or related field.
Strong knowledge of PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, C#, and other programming languages.
Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Support, and other Zoho tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and training skills.
Qualification: B.C.A, B.E, M.C.A, M.Tech.
