About The Role
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy Zabbix monitoring solutions for servers, applications, networks, and cloud environments.

Develop custom templates, discovery rules, triggers, dashboards, and alert correlation logic to reduce noise and improve incident accuracy.

Implement event correlation strategies to group related alerts and minimize false positives.

Automate Zabbix configurations using APIs, scripts, and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

Integrate Zabbix with ITSM tools, collaboration platforms, and visualization tools

Optimize Zabbix performance for scalability and high availability.

Define and maintain alerting policies, escalation workflows, and SLA-based notifications.

Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.

Maintain documentation and provide training on Zabbix and alert correlation best practices.
