YouTube-focused Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
YouTube-first content strategy
aligned with brand goals.
Plan and manage
content calendars
(Shorts + long-format).
Work with creators/agencies for campaign execution and video publishing.
Use
YouTube Studio & analytics
to track performance and optimize content.
Improve
titles, thumbnails, metadata
, and publishing cadence for visibility.
Manage creator partnerships and stay updated on
YouTube trends
.

Requirements:

24 years’ experience in
YouTube channel management or social media strategy
(brand or agency side).
Strong understanding of
YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics
.
Proven record of
scaling YouTube channels
and boosting engagement.
Basic knowledge of
video editing and production workflows
.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
