**Job Title:** X-Ray Technician **Location:** Apollo Clinic **Industry:** Healthcare / Diagnostic / Clinic **Experience Required:** Minimum 3–5 years in a hospital or diagnostic center --- ### **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **X-Ray Technician** to join our Apollo Clinic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating radiology equipment, conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, and maintaining safety protocols. The candidate should be compassionate, professional, and experienced in working in hospital or clinic environments. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain X-ray and other radiology equipment safely and efficiently. * Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging as per physician’s instructions. * Position patients correctly to capture accurate images while ensuring their comfort and safety. * Maintain proper radiation safety measures and follow infection control protocols. * Prepare and maintain patient records, test results, and reports. * Assist doctors in interpreting radiographs when required. * Ensure all radiology equipment is calibrated, serviced, and in good working condition. * Adhere to clinical protocols, patient privacy regulations, and quality standards. * Support other diagnostic procedures as needed. KNOWLEDGE ALL X-RAY PROCEDURE, TECHNIQUES, PREPARATION, SPECIAL INVESTIGATION, EXPOSURE FACTOR, IMAGINING AND MAINTAIN RADIATION QUALITY ASSURANCE, MEDICAL ETHICS, SOME KNOWLEDGE OF X-RAY REPORT TYPING. ### **Qualifications & Skills:** * Diploma / Degree in X-Ray Technology or Radiology from a recognized institute. * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** working in a hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare clinic. * Strong technical knowledge of X-ray equipment, digital imaging systems, and safety protocols. * Good communication and patient care skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. * Basic computer skills to manage imaging software and reports.
