Job Description

Develop, manage, monitor, and provide

Role & responsibilities

Monitor WSO2 platform health, performance, and uptime.
Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve WSO2 platform incidents within defined SLAs.
Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation and reports.
Coordinate with internal users and teams in Tamil for smooth operations.
Participate in on-call support as required.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 8 years of experience managing/supporting
WSO2 API Manager / Identity Server / ESB
.
Strong understanding of API Gateway concepts, authentication, and integration.
Experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and basic networking.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to analyze logs and trace issues effectively.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Mandatory:
Proficiency in
Tamil
and English (spoken).

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
WSO2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
