Role Workplace Engineering Track Associate Responsibilities Receivesproperhandoverfrom project to BAU Suggestsimprovementsin the design/process to ease workflows Day to DaySupportof Workplace Virtualization Production Environment Maintains High availability& Load balancing of allcore,
leveraged,dependentcomponents Conducts validation testing in UATandchangemanagement to production Performs anyshort termprojectsthat relate to existing system expansion or enhancement Escalates high severity issues & works along with consultants fromserviceimpact toimprovementplans Help developautomationcapabilities wherever possible to reduce issues & complexity
Work withmultipleteamsto addresscomplexissues under L3 Engineer guidance Troubleshootingbasic to intermediate platform issues Troubleshootinguser issues Ticket handlingas per agreed SLAs EnsureBackup & restoreof workspaces per agreement Ensurepolicy controls & security levelon workspaces as expected Maintains & improves customerexperience& satisfaction
Vendor co-ordination& follow-up Creates daily/weekly/monthlyreportson system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics & other metrics Perform allperiodicactivities Daily/weekly/monthly The Role offers
