PURPOSE OF POSITION: (Overall contributions towards the Companys Goals) 1. To implement and monitor the planning processes to ensure all orders in hand are manufactured and delivered effectively, efficiently, on-time, to the specification and in a cost-effective manner KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA (KRA): (min 5 KRA) 1) Monitor forecast, master plan, delivery, and production schedules. 2) Coordinate with Materials Controller and Production Staff. 3) Prepare monthly attrition and delivery report. 4) Continuously improving efficiency and minimizing cost. 5) Monitor & reduce the scrap % from Plasma Machine while maintaining product quality. 6) Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products 7) Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time. 8) Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption. 9) Obtain in process & output information (finished products, Under Process & percentage of defectives etc.) 10) Prepare and implement production schedules so that production targets & objectives are met 11) Prepare Machine wise production schedules with multiple machine. 12) Prepare the Nest plan with multi job with multi items 13) Update the BOM (Bill of Materials) on daily basis. 14) Review & Release of drawings to the shop floor 15) Prepare project progress reports. 16) Prepare other reports as advised by the Manager 17) Preparing the delivery schedule & submitting it to the Shop floor. Preferred candidate profile: 1+ years experience in Formwork fabrication industry. Mandatory : AutoCAD , Fabrication/ heavy fabrication experience
