Workday Testing- L3

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. You will perform various types of testing including end-to-end, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Your role will involve validating Workday configurations, business processes, and integrations to ensure system functionality and data integrity. You will be responsible for managing and preparing data staging environments to support testing activities, including loading, transforming, and validating test data. In this position, you will coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate and secure handling of sensitive data during test cycles. You will identify, document, and track defects using test management tools and work closely with developers and analysts to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will also include supporting Workday release management by testing new features and updates in sandbox environments prior to production deployment. You will be expected to maintain detailed documentation of test results, test coverage, and testing metrics for audit and compliance purposes. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.,
