Job Description:
Expertise in full Workday HCM platform, data analysis and visualization, technicalintegrations, and a deep understanding of HR processes with strong leadership,communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Manage appropriate security permissions for users and roles across all Workday HCM
modules, supporting security compliance audits, and data reporting• Strong working proficiency in designing and executing simple, advanced, composite, andmatrixed custom reports, building dashboards, and Workday Prism• Proficiency in configuring, testing, and updating simple to complex integrations for datamigrations with accuracy and efficiency; demonstrate working knowledge with asuccessful history in designing integrations via Workday Studio, DocumentTransformation, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs for various vendors• Identify Workday process improvement opportunities, maintaining Workday releaseupdates, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposingrelevant system enhancements• Support the development of reporting requirements related to all Workday HCM modules,including governance- and audit-based needs• Efficient in resolving support tickets by handling all Workday HCM questions, issueresolution, and appropriate account maintenance• Train internal customers and end users, editing and composing training materials asneeded• Support fulfilling 1+ end-to-end implementation with Workday HCM and another cloud-based HCM in configuration, testing, and data validations for a successful launch

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM analytics and reporting, PrismAnalytics, implementations, configurations, and maintenance• Masters Degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience of 8+ years• Strong ability to work well under all deadlines, with independent task management andimpeccable attention to detail, to successfully and responsibly meet business needs ontime
