About the Role

Workday Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in

  Workday implementations and enhancements

  across multiple modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate HR requirements into effective Workday solutions.
  
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionalities with a focus on

  Core HCM, Security, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, and Time Tracking

  .
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  , troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday processes with overall HR and business strategy.
  
• Deliver high-quality

  documentation, reports, and dashboards

  using Workday Reporting and Analytics.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Active Workday Certification

  is a must.
• Minimum

  2 full-cycle Workday implementations

  in a functional role.

• 7–10+ years

  of functional experience across Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of

  HR processes

  with experience across at least

  two or more Workday modules

  listed above.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  
• Strong

  communication and presentation skills

  with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Industry-specific knowledge or exposure is a plus.
