Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

The role requires a Workday Functional Consultant with a 70% functional / 30% technical skill mix.
Must have hands-on experience with mass uploads, corrections, and updates related to hires, terminations, job changes, learning records, reorganizations, acquisitions, time and absence balances, etc.
Should have experience providing daily production (PROD) support for Workday.
Must be proficient in enhancing and modifying Workday reports.
Should have exposure to basic Workday integrations.
Must be able to prepare documentation for all assigned tasks and adhere to Client Delivery processes.
