Workday Developer

As a Workday Developer at our organization located in Indore (M.P), you will be working in an onsite US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) environment with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize HR and finance processes by designing, developing, and enhancing the Workday ecosystem through innovative integrations and reporting capabilities. In this role, you will be tasked with building and maintaining integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. Additionally, you will be developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting configurations to ensure seamless operations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in IT or a related field and possess a minimum of 2 years of Workday development experience with proficiency in Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. A strong understanding of HR and Finance processes is essential, and familiarity with Agile methodology, Git version control, and analytical skills will be advantageous.
