Roles and responsibilities

Lead workforce planning initiatives in alignment with business requirements.
Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive business expansion.
Partner with stakeholders across BPO, Healthcare, Retail, and BFSI sectors to deliver impactful solutions.
Ensure operational excellence by driving process improvements and adopting best practices.
In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
Develop and execute workforce management strategies that align with the company's operational needs and service level targets.
Oversee forecasting processes, analyzing historical data and trends to accurately predict staffing needs and future workload demands.
Manage scheduling activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while considering employee preferences, skills, and compliance with regulations.
