Description
As a WordPress Developer with expertise in Core PHP, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining websites and web applications that are powered by the WordPress CMS. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: WordPress Theme Development: Design and develop custom WordPress themes from scratch or modify existing themes to meet specific project requirements. Ensure that the themes are responsive, user-friendly, and meet design and functionality standards. Plugin Development: Create and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality, improve user experience, and meet project specifications. Core PHP Development: Utilize your knowledge of Core PHP to build custom functionalities and features that extend beyond the capabilities of WordPress, such as integrating third-party APIs, optimizing website performance, and implementing complex data processing tasks. Database Management: Work with WordPress databases and ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and management. Optimize database queries for better website performance. Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to ensure a seamless user interface and responsive design. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement their designs effectively. Security: Implement best practices to ensure the security of WordPress websites, including regular updates, vulnerability assessments, and protection against common web security threats. Performance Optimization: Monitor website performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize code, images, and scripts to improve site speed and user experience. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Provide ongoing maintenance and support. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and other developers, to deliver projects on time and according to specifications. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress and Core PHP developments, trends, and best practices to ensure that websites are built using the most current and efficient .
