About the Role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with proven experience integrating and managing HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our WordPress websites, while also leveraging HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation. This role requires both strong technical expertise and a keen understanding of digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development & Maintenance

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.

Manage website security, updates, and backups.

HubSpot Integration & Management

Implement and manage HubSpot forms, landing pages, and workflows.

Integrate HubSpot CRM with WordPress websites for lead capture and nurturing.

Create and optimize HubSpot email templates and campaigns.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the marketing team to align website functionality with campaign goals.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support.

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance.

Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and user engagement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3 5 years of experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom coding).

Strong expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery .

Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub .

Experience integrating WordPress with third-party tools, APIs, and CRMs.

Understanding of SEO best practices , website performance optimization, and responsive design.

Preferred Skills

HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing Software, Inbound).

Familiarity with other CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Shift Requirement

This role requires working in the PST shift .
