Job Summary:

WordPress Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites and web applications 
• Customize existing themes and plugins as per business needs 
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress themes 
• Troubleshoot and resolve website problems and bugs 
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and scalability 
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness 
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services 
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, SEO team, and content writers 
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in WordPress development 

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Application, any other relevant degree or course 
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and database structure 
• Familiarity with website builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar 
• Experience with version control tools like Git (preferred) 
• Basic knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or other design tools (a plus) 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
