Position: WordPress Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer with 3 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress development and theme customization. You will work on creating, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin development.
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates as per project requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues.
• Implement SEO best practices in WordPress development.
• Optimize website speed and performance using caching, image optimization, and other techniques.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance website functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of practical experience in WordPress development.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Understanding of WordPress theme customization and plugin usage.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and website performance optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma or Photoshop.
• Understanding of WordPress REST API is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
