About the Role:

WordPress Developer

Key Responsibility:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
• Build responsive and user-friendly layouts using

  Elementor

  .
• Install, configure, and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Manage website updates, backups, and security checks.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to convert mockups into functional web pages.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and optimized for speed and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other functionalities as required.
• Maintain documentation for all development tasks and updates.
• Support clients with technical assistance and website maintenance queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  WordPress CMS, Themes, Plugins, Elementor, and WooCommerce

  .
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  PHP, MySQL, jQuery, and JavaScript

  .
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs to WordPress pages.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization and security best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and on-page optimization practices.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of hosting, DNS, email setup, and cPanel.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
