Roles & Responsibilities: - Excellent communication skills are required. - Possess good knowledge, problem-solving skills, and quick thinking to resolve issues independently and efficiently. - Strong verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills. - Ability to quickly assimilate process knowledge. - Effective probing and analyzing skills, capable of multitasking. - Comfortable working in the office and night shifts. - Proactive in client interactions and showing utmost respect. - Good time management to ensure client interactions add value.
