Job Description

As a Systems Architect at the company, your role involves planning and architecting new systems and making major changes or updates to ensure resilience. You will be expected to be an expert in recommending new technologies, applications, and the future of home-grown applications and technologies for business use. Your responsibilities will include managing and assisting in implementing large and complex hardware and software projects, as well as providing expert-level advice for troubleshooting complex problems and limitations. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Understanding the architecture and data flow of various interconnected systems - Finding solutions to improve both business and technical users" experience and productivity - Leading disaster recovery architecting, planning, implementation, and testing - Escalating issues with vendors and management promptly to minimize impact - Providing technical analysis and innovative ideas for scalable and reliable business solutions - Possessing extensive knowledge of network, hardware, scripting, operating systems, and application software - Building effective relationships with business associates - Monitoring performance and providing management with reports showing system and application KPIs - Having experience in Windows Server environment/architecture and Cloud or Network technologies as an engineer - Holding multiple certifications in desktop or server virtualization, server OS, networking, security, or applications Additionally, you are required to have excellent technical intuitive capabilities and the ability to integrate other systems, applications, and hardware to provide stable solutions. Your role also involves fostering a positive attitude, promoting a good team environment, possessing good mentoring skills, managing up, and taking initiative where necessary. You should conduct yourself with professionalism and effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including company executives.
