As an IT professional, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Windows server environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Group Policy Management, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Windows OS, and Windows server. Your experience should include working with Windows clusters, AD, VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure/GCP. You must possess the following mandatory skills: - Active Directory Management, including OU/GPO/Forest and domain management - Windows server installation and configuration - Windows OS upgrades (Hyper-V, ADC) - Windows Failover cluster deployment, management, and troubleshooting - VMware/Hyper-V deployment and management - VM creation, deletion, snapshot, clone, and migration - File server and share permission management - Patch installation and troubleshooting - Antivirus installation and exception management - Change management and Incident management - Working experience with cloud platforms like Azure/GCP - Monitoring alerts, different KPIs, and providing L1 observations - Server hardware replacement activities Preferred skills for this role include: - Active directory experience of at least 2+ years or managing 1000+ users - Managing server hardware for at least 200+ servers and basic knowledge of SAN & NAS storage systems - Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and infrastructure management operations - Experience with virtualization technology (VMware/Hyper-V) with a minimum of 50+ virtual machines - Experience with ticket tools and monitoring tools - Understanding of SLA management and escalation matrix - Understanding of GCVE environment Desired certifications for this position include Azure Certification, MCSE certification, or VMWare Certified.,
