We are looking to recruit embedded software engineers to join our IoT software development team. You will collaborate with global R&D teams to develop and integrate embedded system and connectivity features on Realtek SoC platforms.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain embedded software for Realtek IoT connectivity platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-regional R&D teams on full-stack embedded software development.
- Provide technical support to customers during design-in, development, and production phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customer and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
- Use debugging tools to identify and root-cause product defects.
1. Minimum Qualifications (Must-haves) :
- MS/BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid programming experience in C.
- Familiar with embedded system software development.
- Understanding of networking protocols and features such as TCP/IP and DHCP.
2. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
- Experience with WiFi or Bluetooth driver and feature development.
- Ability to analyse network traffic and system behaviour using Wireshark or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.
