Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, along with working knowledge of hosting platforms (Hostinger, GoDaddy, etc.). Proficiency in PHP is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in converting Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites, managing hosting and domain setups, and implementing on-page SEO best practices to optimize performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver visually engaging and functional websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic websites using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS solutions.
• Design Figma layouts and convert them into fully responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
• Utilize Bootstrap for efficient layout structuring and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage domain, hosting, and SSL configurations (Hostinger, GoDaddy, etc.).
• Implement on-page SEO techniques and optimize websites for speed and search visibility.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for consistent user experiences.
• Optimize website performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure website security.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Preferred

• Experience in custom WordPress theme or plugin development.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization tools (Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
• Knowledge of website security best practices, backups, and optimization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
