We are hiring a Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in Node.js & React to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both frontend & backend development and passionate about creating seamless user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: Frontend (React.js): Develop responsive & interactive UI using React.js. Write clean, reusable, and optimized components. Integrate APIs with frontend applications. Ensure cross-browser compatibility & performance optimization. Work with design teams to implement UI/UX. Backend (Node.js): Build RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js/Express.js. Design & manage databases (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL). Implement authentication, authorization & data security. Optimize backend for scalability and performance. Integrate third-party services & APIs. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders. Debug, test, and maintain code quality. Deploy applications on cloud/servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Stay updated with latest web technologies & frameworks. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in full stack web development. Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Database experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control. Problem-solving & debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Next.js or Redux. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
