Website Designer (Insurance / Small Business Websites)

Location: Delhi NCR (Work From Home + 1 Office Day/Week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Website Designer who can design and develop professional, conversion-focused websites for insurance agents, financial advisors, and small business owners.
If you understand modern web design, user experience, and how to build a strong online brand presence — this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms
• Customize templates and create layouts tailored to insurance agents and small business needs
• Integrate lead forms, contact pages, and social media links effectively
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to maintain design consistency
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile experience
• Manage multiple website projects and deliver within deadlines
• Maintain and update existing client websites as needed

Requirements:

• Must have your own laptop with design software/tools
• Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, Wix, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate level) preferred
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Minimum 3 years of practical web design experience
• Ability to work independently with creative problem-solving skills
• Must be a Graduate
• Only Delhi NCR candidates may apply (work-from-home with one office day weekly)

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
• 1 Day from Office (Noida Sector 10 Day Shift)
• Target-Based Work (Daily Deliverables)

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Please Note:

• Don’t apply if you only know basic website designing.
• Apply only if you are from Delhi NCR and have proven experience creating websites for insurance agents or small businesses.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,337.09 - ₹42,138.02 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
