Web Server Analyst

As a Network/Web Server Analyst at Triumph, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining network and web servers. Your core tasks will include: - Managing Website Infrastructure: Set up web hosts, configure user access, establish news and mail servers, and connect databases and back-end components. Ensure smooth functioning of the website and familiarize clients with it. - Monitoring Performance: Evaluate website performance metrics like loading time and memory consumption. Assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic to improve the website. Utilize marketing techniques like newsletters and SEO for increased user engagement. - Providing Technical Support: Proactively address user concerns, resolve bugs, and perform regular maintenance. Stay updated with technological advances and integrate them into the website. - Creating and Updating Web Pages: Work directly with code to update web pages with content or layout changes. Create new web pages based on wireframes for website expansion. - Evaluating Structure and Content: Contribute to the development of website structure, set graphic and content standards, and ensure quality before uploading components. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in web development and system administration. - Proficiency in web programming languages for front-end development. - Knowledgeable in infrastructure-related factors affecting website performance like security, hosting, and network optimization. - Experience in testing and debugging website features for error-free operation. - Ability to handle backups and disaster recovery plans.
