Be a Contributor What You ll Do

• Execute manual testing of web pages, forms, and applications to identify bugs and issues


• Test cross-browser and cross-device compatibility to ensure consistent user experience


• Develop a comprehensive Definition of Done that defines our baseline testing standards, in addition to specific testing use cases for specific business needs


• Validate new features, content updates, and code changes before deployment


• Collaborate with web developers, designers, and product managers to reproduce and resolve issues


• Document test cases, results, and provide recommendations for improvements


• Support ongoing web operations and maintenance tasks to ensure website quality


• Stay updated on web QA best practices, testing tools, and emerging technologies


• Begin to develop a regression testing plan to assist with scheduled and pre-deployment validation


• Begin to develop our automation testing roadmap using best-in-class tooling

Be Prepared What You Bring

• 3+ years experience in software testing methodologies (manual and/or automated)


• Ability to write and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for functional and regression testing


• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with developers and business users


• Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility testing.


• Familiarity with popular content management systems, QA and development tools


• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript


• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, staying current with QA best practices

Be Successful Your Path

First 90 Days:

Six Months:

• Gain full understanding of the product architecture and testing environment to ensure accurate and efficient test execution


• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and scripts for core features and workflows


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements

One Year:

• Develop and maintain a robust suite of automated test scripts to improve regression and smoke testing efficiency


• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality releases by meeting or exceeding defect detection and resolution KPIs


• Collaborate effectively with development and product teams to integrate QA best practices into the SDLC


• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing solutions for faster, more reliable testing
