Location: Hyderabad (In-office) Duration: 15 Months (3 Months Training + 12 Months Paid Internship) Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000/month (Based on results, not hours)

Here, you won’t just “code tasks.” You’ll build, launch, and scale real tools used by paying clients around the world. You’ll work directly inside a SaaS ecosystem that most developers never even get access to.

• Building Themes: Create production-ready BD templates.

• Creating Tools: Build plugins used by live client sites.

• Client Projects: Deliver fixes and custom solutions.

• Launch & Feedback: See your code go live and improve it.

• Documentation: Write about what you build — blogs, notes, guides.

• Monthly Bootcamps: 3-day sprints with food, fun, and shipping challenges.

Compensation

After Training:

• ₹5K/month Base (on 75%+ goals)

• +₹5K Performance Bonus (on 100% goals)

• +₹60K Annual Bonus for 100% goal achievers

After internship, earn ₹20K–₹50K/month working on client projects.
