Job Description

Hi, we are hiring.

Location:

About the Role:

Freelance Web Developer

Responsibilities:

Design, code, and modify websites or web applications according to client or internal specifications.
Convert Figma/Sketch/PSD designs into responsive and functional web pages.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Implement backend logic using appropriate technologies (e.g. Node.js, PHP, etc.).
Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing websites and fix bugs.
Collaborate with other team members using Git or other version control systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a freelance or remote web developer.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular).
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
UI/UX design sensibility.
