Job Description

Web Developer (Vue.js preferred)

This role will focus on ongoing product support, implementing new enhancements, and potentially leading a future migration to alternative cloud providers such as
AWS
or
Google Cloud
. Strong experience with
Snowflake
and
Snowpark
is required to optimize data workflows and extend our analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our existing
  Vue.js (Nuxt/Vite-based)
  application.
- Work on new feature development and bug fixes, ensuring high-quality code and performance.
- Support integrations with
  Snowflake databases
  and customer data pipelines.
- Optimize backend interactions with
  Cosmos DB
  (queries, schema design, performance tuning).
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable, modular architecture that avoids vendor lock-in.
- Assist in planning and executing a potential cloud migration (Azure AWS/GCP).
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the team.
Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with
  Vue.js
  (Composition API, Nuxt 3 preferred).
- Proficiency in
  Node.js/Express
  
  (or Fastify)
  for backend API development.
- Experience with
  Cosmos DB
  (Core API or MongoDB API), including schema design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with
  Azure App Service
  deployments and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating with
  Snowflake
  or other data warehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of
  authentication & authorization flows
  (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, session management).
- Strong understanding of
  cloud-agnostic design principles
  .
Nice-to-Have Skills

Snowflake Knowledge with Snowpark (or Pyspark) is a big plus.
Experience with
AWS services
(Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito) or
Google Cloud equivalents
.
Familiarity with
Azure AD B2C
or other enterprise identity providers.
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, AWS CodePipeline).
Exposure to
data migration strategies
between cloud providers.
Knowledge of
MSAL.js, Auth.js, or similar auth libraries
.
