Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Application Development
• Design, code, and implement responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, etc.).
• Develop and maintain web applications with clean, efficient, and reusable code.

2 Backend Development & Database Management

• Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Ensure seamless data integration between front-end and back-end systems.

3 Website Maintenance & Optimization

• Regularly update, debug, and optimize websites for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.

4 UI/UX Collaboration

• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to convert UI/UX wireframes into functional websites.
• Enhance user experience through interactive elements and intuitive navigation.

5 Security & Compliance

• Implement web security best practices (data protection, authentication, SSL, etc.).
• Ensure websites comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

6 Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, and system testing) to identify and fix bugs.
• Monitor website functionality, performance, and troubleshoot issues as required.

7 Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content writers, and project managers.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Understanding of web performance optimization, SEO basics, and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
