What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.

What are we looking for?

Experience in WordPress is mandatory.
CSS experience (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3 cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation). Soft skills
Leadership skill- Person should be able to lead the entire project and delivery team with end –to end ownership
Excellent communication skills to build relationship with the client keeping the geographical and cultural difference in mind
Person is expected to understand the solution well and provide tactical consulting to the Brand and marketing team related to their digital space Managing Work
Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations.
Proactively shares leading ideas and relevant research with clients in support of their business model Communicating Effectively
Manages the expectations of the audience by outlining the agenda and expectations clearly
Builds credibility through sharing knowledge, insights and expertise
Respects and values other perspectives who have different styles and cultural backgrounds Roles and Responsibilities:
Build websites and applications using word press.
Design, develops / adapts templates to create customized page layouts based on business requirement using WordPress.
Update content on existing web pages, new page creation and content implementation as needed.
Knowledge on designing and building components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.
Content authoring using content management system, Knowledgeable about SEO and accessibility best-practices.
Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.
Translate business requirements into WordPress specific implementation specifications.
Design and improve internal development methodologies.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
Ability to operate successfully across multiple groups and business owners.
Experience with content publishing systems.
The ability to thrive within an environment where change is constant.
Ability to meet deadlines and execute the work under pressure.
Possess good communication skills.
Able to work in team environment and flexible with shifts., Any Graduation
