Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Explain product or service details clearly and pitch effectively to potential clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or 12th Pass with strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, BPO, or Customer Support roles.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate leads effectively.
  • Skilled in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Result-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining call logs is preferred.
