Position: Web Developer Intern
Location: on site

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer (MERN) to design, build, and maintain modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both front-end and back-end development, with strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux, and Bootstrap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build high-performance front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain code integrity, security, and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack / MERN Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Front-End: React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Back-End: Node.js, Express.js.
• Database: MongoDB (knowledge of Mongoose ORM is a plus).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of responsive design, UI/UX, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) with Next.js.
• Experience with deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, DigitalOcean).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
