Job Description

Web Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HTML and front-end development.
Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful project delivery.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and outcomes.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions for both immediate team challenges and cross-team issues.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Continuously evaluate and improve
web applications
to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

Proficiency in
HTML (HyperText Markup Language)
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
CSS
and
JavaScript
for front-end development.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with
responsive design techniques
for cross-device compatibility.
Familiarity with
web accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)
to build inclusive web applications.
Knowledge of
version control systems
such as Git for collaborative development.

Additional Information

Experience:
Only candidates with
6+ years of relevant HTML experience
should apply.
Education:
15 years of full-time education is required.
