Web Developer

About the Role:

We are looking to onboard a proactive and technically Web Developer to support our dynamic web-based projects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about full-stack development and committed to delivering high-quality work within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and server-side logic using PHP, Node.js, or Python
• Design, manage, and optimize relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Design and manage databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practice
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Translate project requirements into actionable development tasks and deliverables
• Adhere to project timelines and proactively communicate progress or blockers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in web development (internships, freelance, or academic projects count has advantage)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or within 15Days of notice period.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with backend development and database integration
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred:

• Candidates residing nearby Company Location will be given an advantage
• Internship or project experience in full-stack development is a plus
