Web Designer/Developer

Primary Role

The Bootstrap Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites using Bootstrap framework. The role combines creative design skills with front-end coding expertise to deliver websites that align with Redbuds’ brand standards and client requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Website Design & Development

• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages using Bootstrap 4/5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Convert design mockups or Figma/PSD layouts into fully functional web pages.
• Ensure consistent look, feel, and functionality across browsers and devices.
• Implement best UX/UI design principles for aesthetic and user-friendly websites.

2. Collaboration & Creative Execution

• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate brand ideas into interactive digital experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end interfaces with dynamic data.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development for client projects and internal campaigns.

3. Optimization & Maintenance

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.
• Regularly update, maintain, and improve existing websites for performance and security.
• Debug front-end issues and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Keep design layouts and content aligned with client updates and campaign requirements.

4. Quality Control

• Conduct thorough testing on different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and devices.
• Ensure web standards, accessibility, and responsive guidelines are followed.
• Review code for accuracy, clarity, and maintainability.

5. Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on the latest Bootstrap versions, UI/UX trends, and design tools.
• Suggest improvements and innovative features to enhance web aesthetics and functionality.
• Contribute to Redbuds’ digital design library and maintain brand consistency across projects.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator for design conversion.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Git or version control systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kodungallur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
