Job Description

Job Summary:

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling web pages, landing pages, and UI components for desktop and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Optimize web designs for usability, speed, and performance
Maintain consistency across web designs by following brand guidelines and style guides
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Work on CMS-based designs (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) if applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with developers in Agile or Scrum teams
Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
Animation and interaction design skills (using Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
SEO best practices for web design
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages
