Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and elevate our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences across devices. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive web pages that align with brand identity and business goals
• Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and content creators to enhance user journeys
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and front-end technologies
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and devices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript or front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization
• Understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress or Web flow
