Web Designer

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality websites using Framer. Your role will involve translating brand guidelines and project requirements into functional, engaging, and responsive website designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, will be essential to bring ideas to life. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups within Framer, ensuring that all designs follow UX/UI best practices and are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Continuous testing and iteration of website design based on user behavior and analytics insights will be a key aspect of your work. Staying current with web design trends, particularly within the Framer ecosystem, is expected. Designing UI elements such as buttons, icons, and layouts for websites and apps, as well as helping to establish and maintain visual consistency with colors, typography, and design guidelines, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and a strong proficiency with Framer, as it is mandatory for this role. A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, specifically those built in Framer, is required. A solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured is expected. Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills will be beneficial in this role.,
