To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch is required, along with a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. Your strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain design consistency will be crucial, as well as your capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the willingness to receive and implement feedback on designs, are also essential.
