Mandatory Skills

• Minimum

  2+ years of hands-on experience

  in

  Digital / eCommerce Analytics

  or related fields
• Strong expertise in

  Web Analytics tools

  (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics acceptable)
• Experience with

  testing/optimization platforms

  such as Optimizely, Adobe Target (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong experience in

  data visualization tools

  such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  , with ability to present to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite

  (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to

  customer data or marketing analytics

  (media, SQL, databases, consent management, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of

  tag management systems

• Demonstrated curiosity to learn and adopt new technologies and analytical approaches

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, analyze, and

  curate data insights

  , presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner
• Serve as an

  objective source of truth

  for campaign performance and site feature assessments
• Work closely with managers to

  define feature measurement plans

  and execute analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to

  define KPIs, expected outcomes, and goals

  for new site features
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics organization to leverage

  qualitative and customer data

• Partner with technology teams and product owners to

  interpret dashboards and analytics reports

• Summarize feature outcomes and present

  data-driven recommendations

  for future strategies
• Provide inputs on

  website and app enhancements

  using insights from prior analyses and test results
• Perform

  QA of data collection

  , recommend fixes, and escalate high-impact issues to leadership
• Participate in

  workshops

  to brainstorm new features and site improvements
• Independently identify and recommend

  optimization opportunities

  to increase conversion and improve user experience
