Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement strategies to enhance employment engagement and foster a positive work culture within the warehouse team 2. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and other departments 3. Track inventory, perform data analysis, and generate reports for management (Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Excel) 4. Develop and maintain inventory control systems to optimize storage space and minimize product waste 5. Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards 6. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations and meet customer demands 7. Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
