Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead inventory planning and forecasting efforts to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and also to manage proper inventory on marketplaces Managing inbound stock, should be checked physically and update the discrepancy details Evaluate and integrate automation opportunities within the warehouse operations such WMS & OMS Managing healthy relationship with marketplace POC’s & Brands Analysing aging & nearby expiry stocks Managing cycle count and stock audit - submit the report within discussed TAT Receiving returns with proper delivery note Generating returns POD Performing physical check and segregate good, damage and wrong products Managing reimbursement claims and ensuring we make profit out of it Generating the daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations Excel Warehouse Management Inventory Planning Vendor Management Team Management Space Planning Analytical Excel Warehouse Management Ecommerce Vendor Management Team Handling
