Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the logistics team in meeting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Oversee the scheduling of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize workflow.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipping discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.64 - ₹18,000.60 per month
