Roles & Responsibilities

Provide
technical support
for Microsoft products such as:

Windows OS
Microsoft 365 (O365)
Outlook & Email troubleshooting
Basic networking
Microsoft applications

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues raised by users.
Guide customers step-by-step through technical resolutions.
Document and update cases in the ticketing system.
Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality support.
Communicate effectively with global customers (written & verbal).

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of:

Windows OS
Microsoft Office / O365
Outlook configurations
Basic hardware & software troubleshooting

Immediate joiners preferred.
