Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly, following service sequence.
Check guest satisfaction and respond to additional requests.
Set up tables, cutlery, glassware, and ensure cleanliness before and after service.
Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.
Refill water, beverages, and condiments during service.
Support team members and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Recommend specials, promotions, and menu items to guests.
Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Present bills to guests and assist with payments when required.
Follow proper procedures for cash/card handling.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Adhere to company SOPs and service guidelines.
