Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

VP of Product Design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor the UI/UX team (senior and junior designers).
Define and maintain the CIMET design system for all Whitelabel SaaS products.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align design with business goals.

Product Design & Execution

Drive end-to-end design for new features, products, and verticals.
Use Figma and Adobe tools for prototyping, wireframing, and UI design.
Utilize attention insight and AI-driven tools to validate and improve design decisions.
Conduct usability studies and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.

Innovation & Best Practices

Introduce data-informed design processes and ensure design consistency across products.
Stay updated with modern design trends, AI in UX, and best practices in SaaS and Whitelabel solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

6-10 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design, with 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in SaaS products or Whitelabel platforms.
Expertise in
Figma
,
Adobe Creative Suite
, and AI/attention-insight tools.
Experience working with cross-functional Agile product teams.
Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
