VMC Programmer and setter

As a VMC Machine Operator, your role involves creating CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens) using CAM software and setting up machines with correct tools, fixtures, and offsets. You will be responsible for operating the machines, running trial parts, adjusting parameters, and optimizing cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy. Additionally, you will need to conduct quality inspections by checking components as per drawings using precision instruments such as vernier, micrometer, and height gauge to ensure dimensional accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Create CNC programs using CAM software - Set up machines with correct tools, fixtures, and offsets - Operate machines, run trial parts, and adjust parameters - Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy - Conduct quality inspections using precision instruments - Ensure dimensional accuracy of components Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating VMC machines - Proficiency in creating CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens) using CAM software - Ability to perform quality inspections using precision instruments - Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures - Strong focus on workplace safety and organization Please note that this is a full-time position based in person.,
